Defective Saw Blade Fragmentation (855) 627-6273

Saw blades usually cause injuries when people are exposed to the point of operation of a power saw. Saw blades can catastrophically fail, shattering, and due to the speed of rotation, these pieces are shot through the air at dangerous speeds. Carbide tips of saw blades can detach if they are not attached properly. Abrasive cutting discs can fail if there are material defects, or the manufacturer has not reinforced the saw blade properly. There are different types of cutting discs, from non-reinforced to single or double reinforced blades. Reinforced blades have a reinforcing mesh embedded in the disc. This reinforcement gives the blade greater resistance to side forces.
